U.S. stocks are drifting around their all-time highs Monday. The S&P 500 was virtually unchanged in morning trading, coming off its sixth straight winning week, its longest such streak of the year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was edging back by 106 points,

Stocks were slipping early Tuesday in a week chock full of earnings from the country’s biggest companies. The reason shares are struggling to extend their six-week winning streak could come down to interest rates.

The furious rally in bank stocks after strong earnings also helped spark a separate bullish signal, with roughly 90% of financial names closing in on a 36-week high, a “flawless” cue for more upside, according to the research firm.
