Man charged with stabbing off-duty liquor enforcement officer to death along Allegheny County trail
Anthony Quesen, 25, is accused of fatally stabbing Liquor Enforcement Officer Benjamin Brallier, 44, on Monday afternoon near the Montour Trail in Moon Township. A criminal complaint alleges Quesen was found about a third of a mile from the scene with cuts to his hands and bloodstains on his clothes.
