Josh Brolin is in final negotiations to star opposite Glen Powell in Paramount Pictures' "The Running Man." He will join previously announced cast members Katy O'Brian ("Love Lies Bleeding" and Daniel Ezra ("All American") in the film from Edgar Wright.

The feature is based on the 1982 Stephen King novel about a totalitarian regime that uses violent game shows to placate the disenfranchised masses.
