If you take A,E,N 4, 5, 6 trains stop at the Brooklyn bridge, from there you can walk to the World center to see the new Towers and to mention the Oculus, it's also a walking distance to go wall street,the charging bull and battery Park the location to pick a ferry to visit the Statue of liberty and Ellis island.
